These cat care health tips are taken from Dr Jones of Veterinary Secrets Revealed daily newsletter. To subscribe go to Veterinary Secrets Revealed .

Here Follow the Cat Care Tips

1) Feed your cat a variety of food never just dry food. Raw food included in your cat’s diet is excellent, but some cats won’t touch it. Here is a wonderful site which gives simple instructions for making your own cat food. Pet Grub

2) Give your cat regular health checkups and Vaccinate less. Here’s an article about over vaccinating called Are We Overvaccinating Our Pets Go to your Veterinarian to get a yearly health check and give your cat a regular home health exam. Dr Jones recommends that you do this once a week.

3) Give your cat a regular cat supplement along with a varied diet. Dr Jones is preparing a supplement that will be on the market soon. Until that’s ready, here’s another natural supplement from Pet Wellbeing: Feline Multi Essentials Cat Vitamins

4) Begin using natural solutions rather than conventional medication when at all possible, ie Homeopathic preparations, Herbal remedies, Massage and Acupressure.

5) Make sure your cat gets regular exercise. An indoor cat will need stimulating toys to keep him or her active, fit and healthy.

6) The bond of love that forms between a human and cat is good for the health of both of them. So cultivate that bond. (If you’re reading this page you’re probably doing that already).

If you want to learn more about any of the above methods go to the official Veterinary Secrets Revealed site

A BIG CAT STORY Here’s a moving story; ‘How a lonely lioness found love with a little help from her friends’
